Hello everyone my name is Leanna Charelis (Loune). I’ve been a licensed hairdresser for 15 consecutive years. I fell in love with doing hair ever since I was a 15 year old in Haiti and dreamt of turning it into a career. In 2000 I came to the United States and immediately went to school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Two years later I went back to school and graduated from Lorenzo Walker Technical College as a medical assistant. I worked in offices and hospitals until I decided it was time to pursue my dream. In 2007 I attended Bonita Springs Beauty School to become officially licensed. I spent my first 3 years licensed working for someone else until it decided to become my own boss. In 2016 I quit my office and nursing job. Since then God and my strong passion to do hair has been my drive in order to support running my own business. There has been many challenges along the way, but I can say I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to do what I love.
